We accept orders via email.

To order a piece already posted on the website, please send a message stating which piece you are interested in, the modifications you want done to it (if any) and a return email address. You will receive a reply in a day or two, if not immediately.

Custom made designs

We gladly tend to each individual bride's vision and specific needs, and aim to create a piece as unique as her. The design process begins with the bride telling us what she envisions for her wedding day and bridal attire, and several sessions of Q&A's through email exchange will follow, so we might best understand our client's dream headpiece. Trial pieces are then made and photographs sent to our client for examination and any modifications that she should indicate, until we finally design the  headpiece for her.

The time for this process varies widely from one case to another, depending how long we take to assess our client's needs, select the materials and choose the most appropriate techniques.

 Time consuming as it is, we are not charging any design fees at this moment.

Besides this meticulous and personalized  process of design, all our headpieces are handmade individually with extreme care and attention to detail, with the best materials available (genuine freshwater pearls, semiprecious gemstones and Swarovski crystals in gold filled or sterling silver wire) in order to meet the highest expectations regarding quality.

Delivery time

Once the design is selected and approved, a quote is sent to our client. Should she choose to place the order,  we immediately proceed to gather the materials and create her headpiece. This process ranges from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of difficulty and materials availability.

Shipping and handling

Each piece is shipped within a well secured cardboard box. A premium box,  luxuriously wrapped, designed and handmade by us to the headpiece's specific measurements is also available for $10.

 Shipping and handling is $20 for EMS Courier Service (4 days) or  $5 Standard mail (up to 15 days)  anywhere in the United States. Shipments to other countries are also available.
